We are the family-run Lebanese quick-service restaurant that has taken Orlando by storm. Our passion for bringing the authentic flavors of Lebanon to the community stems from our love for Lebanese culture and cuisine.

Evoo first opened its doors in early 2020, just weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic shut down so many businesses. Thanks to tenacity, hard work, a wonderful community, and truly delicious, healthy food, we pulled through that difficult time.

For the longest time, I was inspired by an old phrase, “If you build it, they will come.” I firmly believed that if you have a business idea or dream and put in the effort to achieve it, you can turn that dream into a reality, and people will show up to use your product or services.

With that phrase in mind, I recently started a healthy Lebanese, Mediterranean restaurant in Orlando, FL. And right enough, people did turn up to try our shawarmas, falafel, tabbouleh, and other offerings. While this restaurant is my latest creation, I’ve been in this line of business for over twenty-five years.

I’ve noticed a few significant changes over the years; one is the evolution of chickpeas. Today, there are more varieties of chickpeas and a plethora of ways to incorporate them into your diet. They are delicious and packed with nutrition. That’s why we use chickpeas in many of our recipes – including our renowned falafel and hummus!
